There are still many wonderful regions on Earth where you can actually enjoy a life away from all the noises of urbanity. Because of this, expatriates and retirees have been flocking to places like Panama to get a life.
This has a price to pay, though. With a growing number of people with money coming to places like this attract a lot of thieves and other wrongdoers, increasing the crime rate.
