Please give us a short summary of your website?
It is a descriptive, informative website for locals and tourists who are looking for answers to health and beauty concerns, pain relief, weight loss, exercise, all natural beauty treatments, age reversal and stress reduction.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
We wanted more exposure to the locals and the tourists.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
This is the first website and it just came online a few weeks ago.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Thats a good question and I cannot answer it because I was not involved in the naming.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
We are a family buisness and we treat everybody like they are a member of our family. Everyone who enters and leaves is transformed because of our intentions.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
We are expanding into different locations throughout Panama and our goal is to educate the general public about natural health and beauty care and products, while avoiding all the toxic, refined, processed, packaged, chemicalized substances that we use and put into our bodies. We support organic and biodynamically grown food and beauty products.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
We are already successful, and we are open seven days a week to take care of the community.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
We would expand our facility and our services and probably build a hotel to have people come and stay for a month to really change there lifestyle.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
We wont do that until we are sure we could handle it. Our biggest challenge has been finding the right staff and training them and it is an ongoing process.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Remodeling costs were high and the quality of the work is less than we are accustomed to or expected. Employees can be a big headache if not managed properly.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Finding people with a service oriented background. Service to others is not the usual for Panamanians, its more service to self oriented.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Our customers satisfaction and telling others. It has been word of mouth mostly.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
We dont have enough experience yet to comment on this.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
A few weeks and it will be up indefinitely.
