Real estate is considered a sound and solid investment as it is a known fact that land is limited whilst human population and demand for land is literally insatiable. But then strange are the ways of the stock market and commercial environment for over demand led to huge increase in interest rates of mortgage and real estate prices. This in turn bought down demand hence acting as a self-balancing feature.
