Please give us a short summary of your website?

Panama Property is the best and safest panamanian web portal for finding property in panama.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

The opportunities in Panama and in Boquete are very high in the Real Estate market.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

It was in 2001 and it was a CV oriented website.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

The name had to be easily remembered and represent the purpose of it's activity.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

The project has different phases. It will have a virtual magazine sent out to property subscribers around the world and. The website is in 3 major languages: English, Spanish and French. The website is proactively advertised worldwide.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To increase the Economy in Panama.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Very well :-)

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

That is the case. There is an unlimited budget for development and the website is going to change and adapt to the market as an ongoing process.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

None.

What has been your biggest challenge?

None.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Advertising, SEO and word of mouth.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

It hasn't yet.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

The website has been up for a few months now and it is planned to get big very quick and be popular.
