Panama becomes top priority on Obama's trade agreement list

Seemingly changing his views on trade agreements between the US and partner nations, the Obama administration is expected to make its case before the Senate Committee on Finance to defend its new stand on the proposed trade deal with Panama.
The trade deal, which Obama wants to approve by July 1, is one of the 3 trade deals that President Bush pushed but stalled in Congress. The other proposed deals are with Colombia and Korea, which Obama wants to pass this year as well.
