Even diplomatic relations seem to start out green nowadays, with the United States State Department planning to make its upcoming embassy in Panama City as green and as sustainable as possible.
The soon-to-be embassy will be the United States' second embassy to meet the energy and building standards of the non-profit US Green Building Council. Not only is the planned structure going to be green, it is going to cut costs for the government, too.
