Yellow Fever Vaccine: from Requirement to Recommendation

Months ago, Ministry of health of Panama decided that the travelers visiting in from other Latin American countries should be vaccinated against yellow fever

The vaccination requirement spread made long lines at three sites in Panama where the vaccine could be administered and couldn't accommodate all tourists and expats rushing in.

Recently, Panama's government decided that the vaccine won't be a requirement and will be just a recommendation. Confusing.
